Returns Policy
At The Finest Organic Tea Company, we want you always to be pleased whenever you shop with us. Occasionally, though, we know you may wish to return items. We will gladly accept back any item purchased within 14 days of receipt you do not want to keep. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept teas back to us if the packaging has been opened.
Uncollected Packages:
If, for any reason, you do not collect your package from the Royal Mail depot and it is returned to us after 14 days, we cannot offer any kind of refund as this is a food product and, due to health and hygiene reasons, will be thrown away.
Please be aware that postage and packaging are non-refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not conform to your order.
To return your product, you should mail your product to; Finest Organic Tea Company Ltd, Manor Road Business Park, Unit 31, Manor Rd, Scarborough YO12 7RY.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note; We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, we recommend sending the goods by recorded delivery and retaining the proof of posting.
To cancel an order, please inform us via email. Once accepted, pack the relevant item securely and send it back to us with the delivery note. Please ensure we receive it within 14 days after the order is delivered.
As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
